ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS
Andoni Kastros
Andoni Kastros, also known as Anthony Kastros, is a 32-year-veteran of the fire service and retired Battalion Chief with Sacramento Metro Fire District. He is the founder of TrainFirefighters.com, where he teaches promotional, leadership, and command workshops throughout America. Kastros is the author of "Mastering Fireground Command" and "Mastering the Fire Service Assessment Center" and he has been a keynote speaker at various events, including FDIC 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Human Resource Management and an Associate’s of Science in Fire Technology. Kastros has received the George D. Post Instructor of the Year Award from the International Society of Fire Service Instructors and Fire Engineering.

Deputy Chief Frank Viscuso served more than 30 years in the fire service as a professional firefighter in New Jersey and an instructor. He is the author of fifteen books, including industry and Amazon Best-Sellers: Step up and Lead, Step Up Your Teamwork, Flash Point, and 35 Things Every Fire Officer Must Know and Do. Frank is a highly sought after, internationally recognized speaker who has presented more than one thousand seminars and keynotes to emergency service workers, sales teams, U.S. Armed Forces, the healthcare industry, small businesses and large corporations, on many topics that include leadership, teambuilding, officer development, and customer service.
